A Message From Karen Elliott

As many of you know I had a total removal of my pancreas and my own islets placed into my liver. It was my 1 year anniversary on 8/9/22. A huge celebration of getting my life back. It took away my disease!!! In honor of this rare surgery, I thought it would be exciting to raise money to go directly to the Pancreas Foundation in hopes of raising awareness of my surgery at The University of Minnesota. Please give if you are able. I’m so passionate about this national organization to spread the word while finding further treatments for Chronic Pancreatitis. God bless you all! Living life now!
