I'm Coloring It Purple in support of chronic pancreatic disease. Diagnosed in Fall 2015 with chronic pancreatitis, I have undergone 30+ procedures and surgeries including having seven (7) feeding tubes, an islet cell transplant into my liver, removal of my pancreas, gallbladder, bile duct, over half my small intenstines and stomach. A strong community of support and a positive outlook are what keep me going. Please donate to support NPF and patients with pancreatic disease. I ask that you donate $X for every day in July (31 days) and, in return, I will wear bright purple hair extensions and paint my (usually black) nails bright purple. Color me and this organization purple!
